Delete Your BHelper Account

You can delete your BHelper account directly from the BHelper app. Follow the steps below to permanently remove your account and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion is handled inside the BHelper app for security purposes. Please use the following steps:

Open the BHelper app

Launch the BHelper app on your device and make sure you are signed in.

Go to your Profile

Navigate to your Profile section from the bottom navigation or menu.

Select Delete Account

Tap on the Delete Account option in the Profile settings menu.

Select your reason for deletion

Choose the reason that best describes why you are deleting your account.

Confirm the account deletion

Review the information and confirm to permanently delete your account.

Data Retention & Deletion

Deleting your BHelper account removes your account and associated personal data according to BHelper's data retention policy. Most personal information, profile data, and account settings will be permanently deleted.

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or transaction-record purposes. These retained records will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
